what a short weekend this was
it is always hard to recover from the weekends that incude changes in the time. however, i find that if you just occupy your time just enough, you can forget all about the problems that our government provides by having us change a clock 2 times a year.
Had a somewhat productive weekend, yet did not open my math book which I am quite behind on now. But got to see family, change wiper blade on car, sold van, rode 4 wheeler with family, played with abigail, held her in my arms while she fell asleep, went to houston, went to renaissance fair, played pool, took drugs for back pain while drinking grey goose vodka(quality), visited a fire station and got a personal tour including [sitting in the tank truck, the rescue truck, and the other big one that i forget what is called, honking horn, playing (for lack of a better word) with the jaws of life(yes, the actual jaws of life), talking in depth about some of the training that goes on, watched my niece try on a real fireperson's suit including oxygen tank, and watched pua freak out over seeing her,] played with some kittens, ate cookies till i felt like the cookie monster, played domino's with the family, took tons of photos, watched nancy try to not lose her stomach at the fair, took the most beautiful picture of katrina i have ever seen, those blue eyes are AMAZING, ate domino's pizza for 1st time in like 2 yrs, and beat nancy 2 times at crossword.
I think a not bad. I did not really have a birthday party or anything seeing as i was out of town, so i will say that this is my unofficial birthday weekend. thanks to all that made it a success. pua, neecy, sista, ny brotha, katrina, fireman john, ohio michelle and the rugrats, the cy-fair volunteer fire dept, and all the many drunk, stupid, and half naked people at the renaissance fair. they made the mostly naked people stand out that much more.
all in all, very enjoyable.
